They take excellent care of the home, and in many cases, we don’t even need to send a cleaner after they check out. The property is often ready for the next guest.
No Turns
You will now be hosting guests not housing tenants. Tenants cause expensive damage, leave trash and belongings behind. They generally eat the profit out of a rental when they leave because you have to complete a turn. Painting, repairs and trash outs are expensive. Often we do not even need to pay a cleaner to come in before the next guest!
Better Asset Protection
Vault’s management team is typically inside a property at least 4 times per year.
What do I have to do?
Great question! Most landlords want to know what their responsibilities are once Vault takes over the management of their property.
Startup
There is an initial cost associated with preparing and furnishing your property. This expense is the owner’s responsibility.
Utilities
As the property owner, you are responsible for setting up and paying for all utilities.
Mortgage, Taxes & Insurance
You will continue to be responsible for paying your mortgage, property taxes, and insurance. Please note that furnished rentals typically require a specialized insurance policy.
That’s it! Once everything is set up, simply put your recurring bills on auto-pay and enjoy receiving your monthly rental income.

We’ll also provide an estimate, a furnishing plan, and a timeline for getting your property ready. In most cases, the entire process takes less than 30 days.
3. List Your Property
We market your property across multiple booking platforms to maximize exposure. We also work directly with insurance companies, relocation specialists, and general contractors to generate high-quality bookings and keep your property occupied.
4. Manage Every Stay
We handle the entire guest experience, from booking and communication to check-in, guest support, cleaning, and turnover. Once one guest checks out, we prepare the property for the next one, making the process completely hands-free for you.
