VR guides builder/developer clients through the entire arc of the development process from market analysis and demographic studies, unit mix and amenity programming design, floorplan analysis, community branding, the roll out of high-impact marketing campaigns, and professional management of on-site sales programs and staff. Currently consulting across the Southeast and licensed to provide brokerage services in TN and AL (with licensing possible in NY, CA, and MA)
